Norman Pitkin's life-long ambition is to be a policeman. Unfortunately his height, or lack of it, means he has to settle for being a police car washer. However, fate
smiles kindly on him when the police realise that the only way to solve a spate of jewel thefts is to make use of Norman's uncanny resemblance to the chief suspect.
Crime and hilarious chaos go hand in hand as Norman proves that when it comes to raising laughs, he takes no prisoners!
