Dad's Army

This enduring series follows the exploits of a bunch of defence volunteers during World War 2. The volunteers are made up of men too old or young to fight but keen to do their bit to protect Great Britain from an attack by Hitlers Nazis.

The troop are based in the fictional south coast resort of Walmington-On-Sea and the series follows their mishaps and mainly incompetent actions as they prepare for the ultimate invasion.
